• Imparte: Clara Obligado
• Descripción: Clara Obligado, una de las primeras escritoras que desarrolló talleres literarios en España, estará conduciendo este taller de escritura de ficción inspirado en el tema del Festival FLIP: "Fuera de Lugar". Los participantes redactarán cuentos breves inspirados en el concepto de sentirse "fuera de lugar", ya sea en un país diferente, idioma o perspectiva.

• Descripción: Sumérgete en el fascinante mundo del realismo mágico latinoamericano. En este taller, lograrás dibujar cómics inspirándote en la historia y memoria de los países de América Latina. Desafía los límites de tu imaginación y descubre el arte de transformar la realidad en originales mini-cómics.

Taller Infantil: Latin Drum Circle (Inscripción)

• Imparte: Yaneth Caicedo y Robertico Arias
• Descripción: Los participantes en este taller tendrán la oportunidad de descubrir, escuchar y tocar diferentes ritmos afrocaribeños mediante la percusión de instrumentos musicales de distintos países de América Latina y el Caribe. A continuación del taller, los asistentes se integrarán a un espectáculo que tendrá lugar en la misma academia de 5:00pm a 6:00pm. Habrá merienda para los niños.

• Descripción: En este taller, las traductoras Eunice Rodríguez Ferguson y Katerina Gonzalez Seligmann traerán y comentarán sus traducciones de un mismo texto de ficción, en una conversación moderada por la profesora Esther Whitfield de la Universidad de Brown. Los participantes podrán hacer preguntas sobre el proceso de traducción e interactuar con las panelistas.
